According to the Cabinet of Ministers regulations, "working at height" means performing work from a distance of 1.5 m above the ground. Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 143 on "Occupational Safety Requirements for Working at Height" states that scaffolding assembly and scaffolding dismantling must be carried out only and exclusively by employees who are specifically trained and instructed to perform such tasks.
